    Carter Ellison graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor's Degree in Distributed Studies in the Humanities. With a passion for architecture and history, Carter is actively involved in various organizations and projects. He serves as the Board Secretary for the Early Settlers Association of the Western Reserve and is engaged in the Ohio City History Project. Carter is dedicated to preserving architectural heritage and currently holds the position of Archivist at the American Institute of Architecture, Cleveland Chapter. Additionally, he contributes to the preservation efforts of National Park Service Underground Railroad sites, particularly at Erie Street Cemetery. With his diverse background in both humanities and constituent services, Carter brings a unique perspective to his roles. He has held significant positions such as State Director of Constituent Services at the U.S. Senate and Constituent Services Director at the U.S. House of Representatives. Currently, he works as an Assistant at the Institute of Classical Architecture and Art Ohio & Lake Erie.
