Carta Ryan

Carta Ryan is a dedicated student currently pursuing a Bachelor of Advanced Finance and Economics (Hons) at the University of Queensland.

With a strong academic background from St Peters Lutheran College, where she graduated in 2016 with top honors and an OP1, Carta has consistently excelled academically and in sports, receiving Gold Academic and Gold Sporting awards.

Throughout her educational journey, Carta has actively taken on various leadership roles, attended conferences, and engaged in extracurricular activities, showcasing her skills as a well-rounded individual.

Her professional experience includes roles at prestigious organizations like Deloitte Australia, Firetrail Investments, PwC Australia, and Focus Finance, where she has gained valuable insights in financial advisory, restructuring services, mergers and acquisitions, and capital transactions.

Carta has also contributed to mentoring programs like Model Your Future at Deloitte Australia and has shared her expertise as an Economics Tutor at The University of Queensland and a Tutor at St Peters Lutheran College.

Her diverse experience ranges from being a Swimming Instructor at Westside Swim Club to participating in the Future Leaders Program at Queensland University of Technology, highlighting her versatile skill set and interests.
