Additionally, he owns Sticky Fingers, a chain of popular rib and steakhouse restaurants, and serves as a special advisor to Wharf Cat, an independent music label.

    Carsten's academic background is equally impressive, having studied at ASG, Graduate School of Business Administration Zurich for his BsC, and Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München for kant.
