Management of the accounting operations for a $40M architectural millwork manufacturer and commercial interior contractor, with oversight of employees in three locations within the United States and Mexico. Principal responsibilities included:

   -Preparation of consolidated financial statement package, including variance analysis.
   -Review of corporate month end close and preparation of month end close for subsidiary, including foreign translation. 
   -Management of cash flow, including creation of monthly cash projections.
   -Preparation of financial statement forecasting. 
   -Job costing under the percentage of completion method, including working with project managers to accurately project job costs. 
   -Review of billings for consistency with contract guidelines and AIA standards. 
   -Oversight of sales and use tax return filings in over 20 states.
   -Management of annual financial statement review, state sales and use tax audits, and annual insurance audits.
