Carri Chan

Carri Chan is the Faculty Director of the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Management Program at Columbia Business School, overseeing the MBA healthcare curriculum and leading the Program's strategy for student and alumni career opportunities in healthcare.

She is an engineer specializing in using quantitative tools to address healthcare challenges, focusing on statistical and econometric methods and mathematical modeling to create data-driven healthcare delivery models.

Carri's research particularly centers on patient flow management in hospitals and has collaborated with esteemed hospital systems like Kaiser Permanente Northern California, Hackensack Meridian, Montefiore Medical Center, and NY Presbyterian.
