Carolyn Pfalzgraf

Carolyn Pfalzgraf is a former professional triathlete and accomplished product manager with over 10 years of experience in analytics and product management. Her motivation is to inspire teams to reach their maximum performance potential by producing high-quality world-class products. Carolyn honed her analytical skills while earning a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Northeastern University, and is certified in both SAFe and Agile (Scrum) methodologies. Before joining ERT as an Associate Platform Manager, she gained valuable insight at various organizations from ERT to Truven Health Analytics. Carolyn's principle is to listen carefully to customers' needs to ensure products are top-quality, profitable and reflective of customer needs.
