She has held numerous positions throughout her career, including General Manager of Hospitality at the Formula One Grand Prix, Executive Manager of Brands with Emirates Leisure Retail, and Hospitality Manager with Compass Group. Carolyn is a Master NLP Practitioner, Certified Leadership Coach, and member of the Association for Talent & Development. She has worked with top-level executives, entrepreneurs, teams, and start-ups in Dubai, and has been a resident coach on Dubai One TV and the Dubai 92 breakfast radio show. Carolyn is the co-owner of Skyrocket Performance Coaching & Training, where she uses her expertise to engage, inspire, and motivate rising stars, high-flyers, and executive talent.
