Caroline Wallace is a driven and accomplished professional with a diverse and impressive academic and professional background. She holds a Doctor of Law from Yale Law School, an MSc in Human Rights with Distinction from The London School of Economics, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Modern Middle Eastern Studies with Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania.
