Caroline van der Lande
Caroline van der Lande is the founder of de Buurtboer, a company that delivers fresh office lunch products to over 350 businesses in the Randstad region on a subscription basis.
With a background in marketing at Heinz and management at KLM, Caroline started her entrepreneurial journey in 2010 and has since thrived on combining her passion for good food with a collaborative work environment.
Prior to her current role, she held positions such as Senior Brand Manager at The Kraft Heinz Company and Corporate Management Trainee at KLM, showcasing her diverse professional experience.
Caroline's educational background includes a Master of Science (MSc) in Psychology from Rijksuniversiteit Groningen after completing VWO at Geert Grootte College, Deventer.
She has also been actively involved in various organizations like Oost NL, John Altman, Entrepreneurs' Organization, and has served as a Startup Mentor in Scaling Program at Impact Hub Network.
Additionally, Caroline has contributed her expertise as an investor in initiatives like The Next Women Crowd Fund at The Next Women NL.
