Caroline Rikkert

Caroline Olde Rikkert is a communication and presentation trainer and coach with a background in acting and a passion for personal development.

After studying at the Toneelschool in Arnhem, she was involved with various theater companies and appeared in films and TV series like Spangen, ONM, Co-assistent, and A'dam en E.V.A.

Her experience as a role-playing actor for HRM and consultancy firms sparked her interest in assisting individuals to enhance their communication skills.

She pursued additional studies to become a communication trainer and coach, working with reputable organizations like Ebbinge & Company, Management Drives, and PGGM.

In addition to her coaching work, Caroline continues to act in TV series, provide drama lessons, and conduct workshops in high schools.

Through her unique approach and extensive experience, Caroline founded her own practice, Love2Speak, offering presentation, communication, and sales training services to individuals and groups in Dutch and English.
