Caroline Neil is a dedicated professional with a strong background in business and collegiate athletics. She brings a wealth of experience in external relations, marketing, special events, student-athlete development, and football recruiting within Division 1 Athletic Departments and Higher Education. Throughout her career, Caroline has held various roles, including serving as an Instructor at the University of South Carolina, Assistant Director of Student-Athlete Development at the same institution, Graduate Assistant at Florida State University, Student-Athlete Development Assistant at Wake Forest University, Football Recruiting Intern at Wake Forest University, Sports Marketing Intern at Florida State University, and representing ACC and FSU Swim and Dive at the NCAA Student Athlete Advisory Committee. She also has firsthand experience as a Student-Athlete at Florida State University.
