Caroline Melkesian's professional journey shifted from aspiring to be a princess to becoming a dedicated mentor and helper in the Tech and Non-Profit sectors, focusing on supporting individuals to enhance their lives and experiences.

As an HR Generalist, Caroline manages payroll processing, benefits administration, employee onboarding/offboarding, immigration and visa processes, and event planning for a 300+ employee base, leveraging expertise in various software tools like Ultimate Software, Paychex, Plansource, Replicon, Slack, and Microsoft Office.

Outside work, Caroline enjoys quality time with family and friends, exploring new experiences, meeting people, and traveling.

Caroline Melkesian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, General from Biola University and has worked in roles like Human Resources Generalist, Associate Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Coordinator, Teacher's Assistant, Digital Content Intern, Eagle Host, and Radio Show Host at various organizations.
