Caroline Mantoura

Caroline Mantoura is a Director in Accenture’s Global Strategy & Sustainability Practice, bringing seventeen years of experience as a mechanical engineer and a business strategist. With a focus on sustainability as a growth driver, she has worked across various industries such as consumer goods, financial services, mobile telecom, agriculture, mining, chemicals, not-for-profit, and the public sector. Recently, she spearheaded the development of a Stewardship Strategy for a business unit within a global diversified mining company. Caroline co-authored 'Connected Women,' a study on mobile technology's impact on women, particularly in low-middle income countries, in collaboration with Vodafone. Currently, her concentration lies in sustainable sourcing and its positive implications. Prior to her tenure at Accenture, Caroline worked as a sustainability consultant and mechanical design engineer at Arup. She holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde.
