Caroline Litchfield is a seasoned professional with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design from Columbia College Chicago, where she honed her skills in design and art direction.

Currently, she serves as the Creative Director at Foxtrot Ventures, leading and nurturing a team of multi-disciplinary creatives at a rapidly expanding startup in Chicago.

With a robust background in the industry, Caroline has held key positions such as Design Director, Senior Art Director, and Art Director at Foxtrot Ventures and Leo Burnett, showcasing her expertise in creating visually stunning work supported by strategic and innovative thinking.

Her professional journey includes founding and designing for Current Labs, contributing as a Designer at various levels at Leo Burnett, and gaining valuable experience through roles like Jr Art Director at Arc Worldwide and Creative Intern at Leo Burnett Arc.
