Caroline Lester is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational and career background. Caroline is a Harvard Climate Leader and previously worked as a Senior Associate in Thematic Investing and Sustainable Investing at CPP Investment Board. Prior to that, she was a consultant at Bain & Company and an analyst at FTI Consulting.
