She holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with an International Business Minor from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and has studied Accounting at Millsaps College.

Caroline has a wealth of experience in financial roles, serving as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Molina Healthcare.

Previously, she held positions such as Associate Director of Administration and Finance at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, Managed Care Analyst, CFO at Cosmich Simmons & Brown PLLC, Controller at Martin Specialty Coatings, Controller at Pickett Industries, LLC, Senior Financial Analyst at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi.

Caroline also has experience in Audit and Assurance Services, having worked at KPMG US and Ernst & Young, where she started as an Audit Associate Intern.

She strongly believes in the importance of accuracy and transparency in maintaining the financial health of businesses.
