Caroline Hooper is a highly qualified legal professional with a diverse educational background. She studied Beroepsopleiding advocatuur at the Dutch Bar Association, Information Technology Law at Grotius Academie, and obtained Master's Degrees in Dutch Private Law and International & European Law (both Cum Laude) from VU University Amsterdam. Additionally, she pursued Chinese Law at East China University of Political Science and Law and completed a Bachelor's Degree in Dutch Law at VU University Amsterdam.
