Caroline Hooper

Caroline Hooper is a highly qualified legal professional with a diverse educational background. She studied Beroepsopleiding advocatuur at the Dutch Bar Association, Information Technology Law at Grotius Academie, and obtained Master's Degrees in Dutch Private Law and International & European Law (both Cum Laude) from VU University Amsterdam. Additionally, she pursued Chinese Law at East China University of Political Science and Law and completed a Bachelor's Degree in Dutch Law at VU University Amsterdam.

Caroline has held significant roles in reputable organizations. She currently serves as the Director of Privacy & Security at Netflix. Previously, she was the Global Data Protection Officer / Global Head of Privacy A.I. at Booking.com, a Senior Privacy Counsel at Booking.com, and an Associate IPMT at Hogan Lovells. She also contributed as a Lecturer at Grotius Academie and played a key role as the Founder and board member at Stichting MOET.
