Caroline Cristal is a highly experienced higher education professional who has worked in various positions in student advising, program creation, office administration, and general student affairs. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Boston University and has a Master's in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from New York University. Caroline has a flair for creativity and exceptional writing skills, with a sharp eye for detail. In her previous roles, she has been responsible for assisting students in their transition to college, coordinating programs, and creating curriculums. Besides, she has in-depth knowledge of various in-house and custom database and student information systems. Caroline is adept at using Microsoft Office, Google Drive, MAC, and PCs.
