As a key player in my role, I report directly to the CEO and oversee a dedicated team. Here's a glimpse into the tasks that shape my daily life:

- Onboarding Experience: From the moment someone accepts an offer, we prepare welcome kits and conduct onboarding sessions, manage contracts and facilitate necessary administrative tasks like SS/VAT numbers and meal cards, and ensure new hires feel valued and supported from day one. Our HRIS tool is BambooHR.

- People & Culture Dynamics: Fostering a vibrant work culture is a top priority. We organize engaging events and team buildings such as beach days, climbing, bowling, rooftop bar gatherings, coffee breaks, and others. Additionally, we establish strategic partnerships with industry-leading companies to offer exclusive perks and benefits to our valued employees.

- Performance and Evaluation: Feedback is crucial for growth and development. That's why we've implemented a comprehensive 360-degree feedback system. By gathering insights from multiple perspectives, we ensure that every team member has the opportunity to excel and reach their full potential.

- Hiring Super Stars: I play a pivotal role in attracting top talent to our organization. Over a span of two years, I successfully recruited and onboarded more than 100 exceptional individuals across various departments, including sales, bookings, customer care, marketing, social media, finance, product and engineering, development, and design. Our ATS is Recruitee.

- Payroll and Rewards: I oversee payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely compensation

- Providers: I work closely with our network of providers, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivering outstanding service to our organization

Reporting directly to the COO, I was responsible to manage and implement all the HR processes in the company from A to Z, namely: 

- Onboarding process definition and implementation, alongside our CEO and COO; 

- Define and implement good HR practices and management processes, by ensuring an excellent organizational experience to all the employees throughout their life cycle in the company, from people’s entry to their exit;

- Design and implement the employees performance evaluation system, based on 360.º feedback; 

- Conceive and materialize the company’s values and culture (culture book), in collaboration with the Founders;

- Plan and organize communication, marketing and internal/external events, as also as team activities;

- Develop the company’s employer branding in partnership with the design&product team, being responsible for all the communication related to talent attraction & acquisition; 

- Recruit and attract the best talent for each new job opening, by developing an amazing talent pool (ATS: TeamTailor);

- In close collaboration with our CFO, set and present proposals and offer letters, as also the ellaboration of the comp & ben program; 

- HRIS implementation (BambooHR);

- Contracts management;

- Collaborate in the efficient management of company and office operations, namely by establishing partnerships with external providers (telco, laptops, merchandising and marketing, brokers, flexible benefits, traveling), ensuring budgets control.

Main performed tasks:
- Cilantro's breakfast room responsible: team management, buffet replacement, queue management and guests accompaniment to their tables, cleaning and maintenance of the breakfast room

- Pool Bar manager: responsible for the bar opening and closing, which includes cashier, mise-en-place, stocks replenishment;  promotion of different strategies to increase sales in the bar; bartending.
