Carolina Baker is a highly experienced finance business partner who made a career switch into sales operations, account management, project management, and driving culture changes through learning & development initiatives. She has a proven track record in sales operations, managing end-to-end administration of the sales cycle, successfully rolled out Salesforce, and project managed the delivery of products. She has completed a secondment where she supported the Head of Mobile Payments and managed the agenda for offsite meetings with other senior leaders. Carolina has implemented a learning & development initiative across Mobile Payments that resulted in more than 90 courses being attended in 2019. Currently, she is focused on account managing wearable partners for Pingit, scaling learning & development initiatives across Barclays BUK, and spearheading internal communications strategies for Pingit. She is an avid supporter and volunteer of the Working Families Network at Barclays.
