With over 3 years of experience in managing Tragos, she has polished her skills in operations, logistics, and public speaking, all while juggling various responsibilities within the company.

Carolina has also honed her design expertise in product development, web design, branding, and social media, showcasing her versatility in different creative domains.

Her academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Communication Design from Parsons School of Design, where she acquired knowledge that laid the groundwork for her professional journey.
