Carole O'Leary

Carole O'Leary is a driven business professional with significant experience in innovation, enterprise, and entrepreneurship. With a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Cork, and a Master of Business Administration from Saint Joseph's University, O'Leary also earned a Post MBA Certificate in Accounting. She has worked in various managerial and consultant roles, including as the Innovation & Enterprise Manager and Industry Liaison Manager at Cork Institute of Technology.
Currently, O'Leary is the Regional Programme Manager for 3rd Level Student Entrepreneurship at CIT's Innovation & Enterprise Office. She is deeply involved in the development and implementation of the Student Inc. programme, a comprehensive opportunity for students to explore and develop their business ideas while completing their studies. In addition to mentoring and training, students receive seed funding and office space to kickstart their entrepreneurial ventures.
O'Leary's work spans multiple sectors, including consultancy, distribution, and warehousing, with previous engagements at KPMG, Leading Edge, and Wawa, Inc. Despite her breadth of background, O'Leary's career shows a consistent drive toward innovation and entrepreneurship, with a particular interest in supporting and developing tomorrow's business leaders.
