Technology lead for Epsilon’s flagship loyalty program, Hilton HHonors. Responsible for .Net development and operations. 
•	Led the largest technical project of 2013, the rearchitecture of the hardware platform which included the build of 300 servers and complete new network topology and the rearchitecture/refactor of the business application layer from 32-bit .Net 2.0 to 64-bit .Net 4.5. Though the full scope fluid, my team delivered nearly flawless code and a flawless, on-time data center migration.
•	Established resource capacity planning, project management, and release schedule which improved software delivery to 100% and reduced release-related incidents from every release to none. 
•	Upgraded from .Net 1.1 to .Net 4.0 seamlessly to the client.
•	Created a triage and prioritization process that increased client request resolution by 30% and reduced the outstanding defect queue from hundreds to zero.
•	This team had the highest attrition rate in the vertical. By establishing leadership competencies, identifying key talent, replacing substandard talent, and creating a collaborative work environment, increased retention and built a high functioning team that is still in place today.
