Carol Miller is an international communications executive and media/messaging strategist with over 25 years of experience in 25 countries. She excels in managing communications planning and implementation for various high-profile non-profit organizations, institutes, associations, and coalitions focusing on international development, life sciences/health, disaster response, and recovery. Carol has an extensive background leading communications in different capacities such as a consultant, full-time in-house communicator, overseas field communicator, and as an agency VP. Notable organizations Carol has supported include the American Red Cross, Aspen Global Health and Development, Management Sciences for Health, and Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, among others.
