Associate Director and Career Coach at Undergraduate Career Services - Kelley School of Business

Carol Maldonado is a professional with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and International Business from the Kelley School of Business, graduating in 2011. She commenced her career in accounting in Chicago, initially as an external auditor working with clients in various industries like manufacturing, real estate, and energy. In 2013, she shifted to corporate accounting, serving as a staff accountant in a real estate investment management firm and later in a technology hardware company.

Transitioning into a career advisor role in 2015 at Indiana University Bloomington Undergraduate Career Services (UCS) Office within the Kelley School of Business, Carol provided guidance to students on career-related matters, conducted workshops, supervised student peer coach employees, supported international students with Curricular Practical Training (CPT), and developed career services content and workshops. She also contributed to organizing student networking trips to destinations such as Costa Rica, Hong Kong, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.

Currently, Carol Maldonado holds the position of Associate Director at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, leading first-year initiatives by designing programs and events to aid freshmen in enhancing their career readiness.
