    Carol Jenkins is the Co-President and CEO of the ERA Coalition and the Fund for Women's Equality, organizations devoted to passing and enforcing the Equal Rights Amendment.

    In addition to her advocacy work, Carol Jenkins is a renowned women's rights activist, Emmy Award-winning former TV journalist, author, and host of the acclaimed show 'Black America' on CUNY TV.

    She is also the executive producer, writer, and correspondent of various documentaries, including 'More Than a Building, A Dream Come True' and 'Conscience of America: Birmingham's Fight for Civil Rights.'

    Carol pursued her education by studying for a MA at New York University and a BA at Boston University, laying a strong foundation for her impactful career in activism, journalism, and media.

    Her professional journey includes roles as the Founder of caroljenkins and the Founding President of The Women's Media Center, underscoring her influential presence in the media industry.
