Carol's educational background includes degrees in Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Supervisory Management. She is currently pursuing certification in Corporate Wellness and holds various credentials in safety and quality standards, including being an Authorized Trainer for OSHA standards and a Certified Director of Safety for Transportation.
Throughout her career, Carol has held key positions such as VP of Risk Management at RGL Logistics, General Manager at Leicht Transfer & Storage, and VP of Safety, Quality & Training at Checker Logistics, among others. Her achievements include significantly reducing injuries and MOD rating, implementing standardized processes, enhancing safety awareness, and securing substantial savings in insurance premiums.
In addition to her professional roles, Carol has actively contributed to organizations such as ASSE, ASQ, and the Wisconsin Forward Award as an Examiner. She is dedicated to promoting safety, quality, and wellness in the workplace through continuous improvement initiatives and comprehensive training programs.
