Carol Fan

Carol Fan is a highly experienced data science and analytics management professional with a strong track record of leading successful projects and teams, resulting in a cost avoidance of over $100M. Carol's expertise includes business analytics, data science, optimization, supply chain logistics, metrics development, data mining, forecasting, process improvement, consensus building, as well as project and team leadership. Carol holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Mathematics from the University of Michigan, and a B.A. in Mathematics from Pomona College. Carol has held various key positions in well-known organizations, such as Operations Data Science Lead at Apple, Director of Data Science at Stellar Labs, Inc., and Director, Operations Data Science at SoFi, among others. Additionally, Carol has a rich academic background, having served as an Assistant Professor at Loyola Marymount University and Pepperdine University.
