Carol DiPietro

Carol DiPietro is an experienced executive in the insurance industry with over 25 years of expertise in sales, business development, financial analysis, risk management, and liability. She is currently the Senior Vice President, Sales & Client Services of Paradigm's Catastrophic Care Management division, where she manages and oversees the business unit for the industry-leading provider of services for workers with the most challenging and expensive catastrophic injuries. Her skills also include managing sales, claim, risk control, underwriting, accounting, finance, and marketing operations, and analyzing new business opportunities, financial reporting, and budgeting.

Before joining the Paradigm team, Carol spent over twenty years at Meadowbrook Insurance Group, where she held various leadership roles, including Regional Vice President. In this role, she was responsible for service programs country-wide, overseeing a 100-person staff, $150M premium under management, and $20M in fee revenue.

Carol holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University at Albany, SUNY.
