She has a diverse professional background, having held positions such as Director of Pedagogy at ESFAPEGE, the teacher training school in Sobral, Brazil, known for its high educational standards.
In addition to her work in Brazil, she also contributed to the educational landscape in the United States by leading the Educational Sector at the Consulate-General of Brazil in Boston for nearly two years.
After her tenure at the Consulate, Carol Campos took on roles such as Secretary of Education in Gravatá, Pernambuco, before transitioning into consultancy work for UNESCO and supporting the Ministry of Education's Professional Development Directorate.
She is the founder of Vozes da Educação and actively participates in educational initiatives as a council member of Movimento Mapa Educação and as a representative on the Board of Fundação Lemann.
