Carmine Napolitano

Carmine “CJ” Napolitano is an experienced financial and operational executive currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Side, a real estate brokerage platform. He joined Side in August 2022, where he leads financial strategy and operations.124

Before his role at Side, Napolitano was the CFO and COO at Propel, a position he held from November 2019 to August 2022. His career spans over 25 years, during which he has held leadership roles such as CEO, CFO, COO, and General Manager at various companies, including Electric Cloud, Computer Access Technologies, LeCroy, Centric Software, and Wavefront Technologies. He has also completed over $1 billion in corporate financial transactions.123

Napolitano holds an MBA with distinction from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara.12
