    Carmen's extensive experience includes roles such as President of the United States Student Association, Field Director at NAACP and Urge, Executive Director at the Generational Alliance, Director of Civil, Human, and Women's Rights at the AFL-CIO, and Managing Director of Planned Parenthood Action Fund.

    Additionally, Carmen is a co-founder of Can't Stop! Won't Stop! Consulting, where she provides strategic planning, equity strategies, and advocacy trainings for businesses and non-profits.

    Recognized for her outstanding contributions, Carmen has been featured in publications like Essence Magazine's Woke 100 and Washington Life Magazine's top 40 under 40. She holds leadership positions on the boards of re and Advocates for Youth, and is a founding member of BYP100.

    Carmen's educational background includes studies in Political Science, Government, and Communications at the University of Pittsburgh after attending Chattahoochee High School.
