Carly Hall is a project officer at E2A, a small advisory firm dedicated to assisting mid-size businesses in the north-west region.

At E2A, Carly leverages her expertise in finance, operations, technology, psychology, change management, and organizational design to empower leaders and teams to achieve collaborative success.

She is deeply involved in the MSBLeaders project, a collaborative initiative with Salford University Business School, aimed at providing online resources and support for directors and boards of mid-size businesses.

Carly recognizes the challenges faced by directors of mid-sized businesses in comparison to larger corporations and is determined to bridge the gap by offering accessible and credible resources for board strategy and governance practices.

With a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons in Criminology from Sheffield Hallam University, Carly Hall brings a rich educational background to her professional roles.

Her career journey includes roles such as a Health Claims Consultant at Aviva, Customer Service Consultant at Nationwide Building Society, Administrative Assistant at East Cheshire NHS Trust, and Shift Lead at Ben & Jerry's.
