He previously served as the CEO at GOLANTÉ under Engage Metrics Group LLC, Chief Change Agent at At The Reaction, and Worldwide Creative Officer at Saatchi & Saatchi X. Carlos also leveraged his expertise as EVP Creative Director in North America at Interbrand and in New York at Landor Associates. Prior to that, he honed his creative skills at FutureBrand and Wolff Olins.
