Carlos Rodriguez is an experienced professional with a diverse educational background and extensive expertise in technical sales engineering.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Duke University, pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) at the University of Colorado at Boulder, and acquired certificates in Software Engineering, Web Design, Web Programming, and Object-Oriented Design from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

With a solid academic foundation, Carlos has held various significant roles in different reputable organizations. He currently serves as a Senior Sales Engineer at Fullstory, where he leverages his skills and knowledge to drive sales and provide technical solutions to clients.

Prior to Fullstory, he worked as a Solutions Consultant at Infinite Blue and also operated as an Independent Consultant. His professional journey includes positions at Pegasystems, Ubifocal, Qlik, Pointroll (a Tegna Company), Rightnow, Hivelive, and IBM, where he honed his expertise in diverse domains ranging from user experience consulting to network and firewall engineering.

Carlos has also held a notable role as the Technical Administrator for Qlik Community and served as the Special Projects Manager for the Dean of Engineering, Kristina Johnson, at Duke University, showcasing his versatility and adaptability across different environments.
