Carlos Orué is a technology professional with a diverse background in design, negotiation, and information systems. He studied at various top institutions, including the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires and the University of Buenos Aires. Carlos's career started at AirParaguay, where he worked as a Sales Fiscalization Agent before transitioning into a software development role at Ceicom. He later held key positions at Indra and BP4 S.A., where he served as Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, and ultimately CTO.

Throughout his career, Carlos has honed his skills in Design Thinking, Usability, User Experience, and Business Process Modeling, to name a few. Carlos has also developed expertise in the Air Transport industry, serving as Head of the Air Transport Business Process Department at BP4 S.A. Carlos is passionate about finding appropriate technologies to address specific needs and managing the initial stages of development.
