Carlos Martínez Cagnazzo is the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) at LACNIC, the Internet Address Registry for Latin America and the Caribbean. He joined LACNIC in 2010 and has played a significant role in promoting IPv6 and DNSSEC adoption, as well as implementing Resource Certification (RPKI) within the region. Martínez Cagnazzo holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and has previously worked in IP network planning and operation.
