Carlos del Corral

Carlos del Corral is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in technology, customer insights, and business administration. He is the Co-Founder of Lumoa, a Helsinki-based startup that focuses on making customer feedback actionable using AI technology. Carlos holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Cambridge, an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de Zaragoza, and an MSc in Machine Design and Industrial Management from Tampere University of Technology. He has also undertaken executive education at Aalto University Executive Education Ltd.

Carlos's professional journey includes key roles at major tech companies. He previously served as the Director of Mobile Data Insights and Innovation at Microsoft, Director of Mobile Phone Insights at Nokia, Head of Consumer Validation, In-Market & Retail at Nokia, and Senior Manager of Consumer Usage Panel at Nokia. His experience also spans roles at Samsung Electronics, Owlstone, Ensto, and Tampere University of Technology, where he was a Research Scientist.
