Carlos Cubas

Carlos Cubas is a highly educated professional with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from MIT Sloan School of Management. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico in Peru. Throughout his academic journey, Carlos has studied at Universiteit Maastricht in the Netherlands and Colegio Alpamayo in Peru. In terms of work experience, he is currently an MBA Candidate at MIT Sloan School of Management. Previously, he has worked as a Summer Associate at McKinsey & Company, showcasing his experience in the consulting industry. Carlos has also held roles in various capacities at LATAM Airlines, including Ancillary Revenue Senior Manager, Client Policies Manager, Network & Scheduling Senior Analyst, and more. His professional background extends to the public sector through roles such as Consultant at the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Peru and the Ministry of Education of Peru. Furthermore, Carlos has engaged in research and internships, having been a Research Assistant at Centro de Investigación de la Universidad del Pacífico (CIUP) and an Intern at the Organization of American States.
