My time as an Account Manager at Zenefits required flexibility, accountability, and organization above all. I managed a book of business for Renewal, Upsell and maintenance of company’s Medical, Health, Life/LTD/STD insurance and software product usage. By assessing the client’s needs and research, I was able to propose the best solutions for my business accounts. Building a relationship and maintaining open communication with the clients was key in building trust and growth opportunities, as well as providing support.

While I worked at Forever Living, I handled customer care inquiries (Spanish and English). As a products company with international reach and demographic it required strong listening skills and needs analysis. I handled customer care inquiries ranging anywhere from technical issues to business order placements. I also informed distributors of new products and current promotions available to them for increased brand awareness and increased sales. Dealing with logistic issues was also commonplace, and I always made it my goal to solve these problems in a timely manner.

I started as a medical records clerk and eventually moved up in the company to Front Office lead and Medical EMR Software trainer (internally). If there was something that needed to be done, you could count on me being involved in the process.

I managed everything from customer care (Spanish and English), documentation/reports, compliance, employee training and even Visual/Seasonal design.
