Carlos played a pivotal role in the creation and implementation of various systems including EZTRACKER (2015), Z3 Platform (2010), Z1on (2006), TRACKMEDIA (2002), as well as the Radio and TV services for the TERRA Portal (2000), demonstrating his versatile skill set and strategic thinking.
