Carlos A. Parra

Carlos A. Parra is an accomplished professional with a strong background in education and student affairs.

He holds a Doctorate of Education (EdD) in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from the University of Florida, a Masters in Higher Education Leadership/Student Personnel from the University of Central Florida, and a degree in Secondary Education, Social Studies from Florida Atlantic University.

Carlos has held key positions in various educational institutions, including serving as the Senior Director of Student Engagement, Director of Student Affairs, and Director of Student Life & Development at Broward College.

He also worked as the Director of Student Activities & Leadership Office at Polk State College and as an Educator teaching Advanced Placement U.S. Government and Honors American History in the Palm Beach County School District.

In addition, Carlos has experience in marketing, promotions, production assistance, and programming from his time at Cox Radio.
