Carlo Tortora

Carlo Tortora is a seasoned Senior Mechanical Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the field, including both technical and managerial roles. Throughout his career, he has worked in national and multinational companies, gaining expertise in Operations and Sales & Marketing. Carlo has also developed notable competencies in financial, administrative, and legal fields, as well as experience in negotiating with internal and external stakeholders. Beyond his technical aptitude, Carlo is committed to staff management and is known for his "lean coaching" approach, which combines lean methodology with a coaching approach to develop people's potential. He has honed his lean experiences in different contexts, particularly in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors. Carlo holds a PRINCE2 Foundation certification in Project Management, as well as qualifications as a RSPP and Trainer for Safety topics. He is a certified Sustainability Manager, and he volunteers as a Dream Coach for JA Italia, supporting high school students in developing managerial skills and competences.
