In Pwc I've been in charge of six projects related to the AWM program, the biggest and most complex IT ecosystem of the Firm. In this environment, I brought my past expertise in high-quality prototyping to the business. As a team lead, I've been in charge of assuring good deliverables from the other designers working under my supervision. Part of my job has been also to create an extensive UI Library on Axure (prototyping tool) used by the UX team to assure consistency in the various projects Gathering and evaluating business requirements with Business managers and Business analysts has been my daily job. This first part of the job has been translated, depending on the project needs, either in low-fidelity prototypes for further discussions and refinements with the development team, or directly to hi-fidelity prototypes, for the Product Owner and Business analysts to write User stories I've been also in charge of planning the business usability testing sessions to ensure the direction of the right project, and provide assistance planning ahead of the various release, to assure that the final budget for people allocation was met.

my job was to create user personas, and navigation flows, but mainly to create advanced
prototypes in Axure, to help business to understand and visualize the concept of the apps we were creating. The other main job was to keep consistency in design, assuring and managing
the dev team, feeding the team with acceptance criteria, and the user stories written by the Business analysts.

Some clients I worked for:
• Finologee: well known in the market as the "mother" behind Digicash App, I worked on this
last assignment for a great project to bring life to a B2B KYC platform. My job was to gather business requirements, make the internal workshop and brainstorming sessions, create
and sketch ideas with the business, create user personas and low-fidelity prototypes in XD, and translate it into UI interface with the front-end team
• DFIN (Donnelley Financial Solutions): si an American leader in risk and compliance
solutions, providing insightful technology, industry expertise, and data insights to clients across the globe. I helped the team to shape their new interface for the document and
reporting portal solution.

REBORN - Ingenious User Interfaces

Within the ACE program, I led the team as both the UX/UI designer for the Luxembourg team and worked in coordination with the Toronto team to shape the RBC One fund management portal. Several RBC clients now use this portal as a daily tool to manage their funds, generate reports, and more. My responsibilities included gathering business requirements from the managers, discussing them with analysts, and proposing reliable solutions while considering technical constraints due to outdated internal technologies. I translated this information into low-fidelity prototypes, which then became hi-fidelity prototypes for testing with final clients and providing new user stories to the front-end developers.
