Carli Pappas
Carli Pappas is a seasoned UX and design researcher, with expertise in creating user-centric digital experiences. She has helped Fortune 1000 companies in various industries, such as insurance, professional services, manufacturing, distribution, and finance. In her over 8 years in qualitative research, and 4 years in UX research, Carli has worked with agile product development teams, creating mobile apps, websites, and voice interfaces, to apply user research insights to business goals and opportunities. Carli is passionate about enhancing the user experience by making research results actionable, and providing insights to her clients that enable them to make informed decisions.
Carli's educational background includes a master's degree in human-computer interaction from DePaul University. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication & Journalism, with a minor in Political Science, from the University of Dayton. Before joining Ipsos as a Senior Lead User Experience Specialist, Carli worked at Solstice as a User Experience Researcher. She also served as a Freelance UX Researcher at LEAP Innovations and as a Marketing Coordinator at Barnes Wendling CPAs, Inc. Carli's educational and professional experience have given her a unique mix of skills that she brings to every project.
