Carla Grados Villamar

Carla Villamar is a highly accomplished business professional with a diverse educational and career background. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, where she also studied climate finance. Additionally, she holds a Master in Public Policy from the Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford and a Global Social Impact House Fellow - CSIS, Social Impact Strategy from the University of Pennsylvania. She also has an International Postgraduate Degree in CSR and Inclusive Business Strategic Management, which earned her second place at Universidad del Pacífico, and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the same institution.

Throughout her career, she has held numerous roles related to finance, research, consulting, and entrepreneurship. She has worked with organizations such as British International Investment, Inter-American Development Bank, and the OECD in topics such as gender finance, FDI for SMEs and green growth, and climate finance. She also worked as the Executive Director at Kunan - Plataforma de Emprendimiento Social Peruana, a social enterprise platform in Peru, and as the Director of Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Perú Sostenible WBCSD. Carla also has consulting experience, including work as a Business Model Consultant at Arbusta and as a Public Policy Intern at APOYO Consultoria.
