With a strong belief in the power of strategy and research to align creativity with problem-solving, Carla has a robust educational background in design, including a Master's degree in Product Service System Design from Politecnico di Milano and a Bachelor's in Industrial Design from PUC-RJ.

Carla's career has seen her in key roles such as Director of Service Design and Design Strategy at ATÖLYE, where she honed her skills in leading design initiatives. She has also held positions like Sr. Lead, Service Design & Design Strategy and Service Design Lead at the same organization.

Prior to her time at ATÖLYE, Carla garnered experience as the Head of Strategy at GAMA Research and Development, showcasing her expertise in strategic design. She also worked as a strategic designer and service designer at VRDRESEARCH, further enriching her skill set.

Additionally, Carla's professional journey includes internships and trainee roles that contributed to her comprehensive understanding of design, such as her time as a product designer at Tatil Design and an internship at PUC-Rio.
