Carl Timothy

Carl Timothy is the president and founder of Timothy Real Estate Group, a prominent brokerage firm in Puerto Vallarta renowned for representing exclusive properties and new developments.

With a career spanning over four decades, Carl started as a sales director in Park City, Utah, before excelling as a top 5% real estate sales agent with Prudential Realty in Beverly Hills, California.

In 1999, Carl ventured into Puerto Vallarta, where he became a partner in a real estate firm, eventually establishing Timothy Real Estate Group in 2010, which has grown to be one of the largest brokerage firms in the region.

Carl Timothy has worked with Hollywood celebrities and Fortune 500 clients, valuing his diverse client base in Puerto Vallarta as one of the highlights of his career.

Actively involved in the local real estate community, Carl has served on the Board of Directors for the local Board of Realtors and engages in philanthropic endeavors supporting various charities and community organizations.
