Carl Panczak

Carl Panczak is a seasoned digital marketing professional with years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Accenture Interactive in Australia and New Zealand, Panczak is responsible for driving growth and developing the company's overall strategy in the region.

Panczak's career began as a Digital Producer at several advertising and marketing agencies around the world, including BBH London, 180 Amsterdam, and Strawberryfrog. He then founded and served as the Managing Director of Reactive, where he helped establish one of the most successful and award-winning digital agencies in Australia. Following the company's acquisition by Accenture Interactive in 2015, Panczak served as the North American Sales Lead before relocating to Melbourne, Australia to join Fjord as an Associate Director.

In his role at Fjord, Panczak worked on large-scale experience transformation programs, helping clients advance their digital marketing efforts. Panczak's success at Fjord led him to his current position at Accenture Interactive, where he brings his expertise in digital marketing, sales, and management to lead the team in the Australian and New Zealand markets.

Panczak received a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Adelaide and a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of South Australia. He also attended St. Peter's College.
