Carl Norberg is the founder of Turnpike Group, an organization focused on delivering digital marketing and e-commerce solutions. With over 10 years of experience in strategy consulting, operations, and product development, Carl has a proven track record of building successful businesses.
Before starting Turnpike Group, Carl worked as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he advised some of the world's largest retail, consumer goods, and private equity companies on growth and operational improvement strategies. He also gained operational experience as a product manager at SquareTrade, where he led the development of new insurance products and managed the company's e-commerce platform.
Carl holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
